The crew unloading was not well qualified and it took much longer than necessary, plus they damaged a few things and a wall. Also, there were several boxes with things from several rooms packed within the same box, and while I understand wanting to fill a box, it made unloading more complicated because the stuff was going to different floors in our new house. Thankfully, they were undamaged, it just seems like a lazy move to not wrap frames. You could tell different people packed differently because one box had a stack of cups wrapped in two layers of paper, and another box (from a different room/packer) didn't even wrap the custom printings or wood art from the wall. However, I would say the packing felt haphazard at best. Our driver, Stephen, was fantastic and didn't miss a beat backing the truck down our street or finagling the narrow streets at our new house.
